A fundamental hatred of knowledge that shines through both names and slogans. Boko Haram or forbidden education, dead School in other words école morte, are thus linguistic variants of the project common to members of the obscurantist international raging in Cameroon.

The materialization of this state of psychosis takes the form of fire, the destruction of schools by terrorists, when they are not transformed into bases of fallback. In this endeavor to wipe the fountain of science off the map, aspirants for moral and intellectual upliftment are tortured, maimed and muzzled on their way to school, and even into classrooms.

And as if the depth of silliness had not yet been reached, here comes the detonation of bombs in the amphi theatres, in the manifestly desperate search for the carnage which could finally ring the alarm bell for the knowledge of temple attendance.

A fight lost long in advance, so much the dark ambition awaits our youth
