Honor and Loyalty - SOCIAL PEACE : no freedom without respect for the laws of the republic

Man as a social being enjoys as many rights as guaranteed by duties. For some, however, the exercise of rights seems more rewarding than the performance of even the most basic duties. Since the dawn of time, man has been deeply attached to his rights, to the point of vehemently claiming them if they should fail him, just as he condemns with the greatest energy, any enterprise likely to upset them.

Throughout history, revolutions have thus arisen, wars have broken out, and turmoil has erupted, with the demand for individual and collective rights as a common denominator. According to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, supported in this by other international legal instruments, fundamental human rights can be summarized in the freedom and equality of all in dignity and rights.

Alongside fundamental rights, other rights known as conjectural will be added. Fundamentally, these are economic and social rights, women's rights, children's rights, etc.

By, broadening the panoply of his rights, man seems to have set himself the objective of enjoying total and global freedom, freedom understood here as the power to act in complete independence vis-à-vis not only external constraints, but also any internal determination.

However, despite his desire for complete emancipation, man is aware that he can neither assert nor calmly enjoy his rights within a community, from which he lives; a community that he has a duty to bring to life in return. It turns out that rights are so closely linked to duties that the enjoyment of some passes imperatively through the fulfilment of others.

Life would have been easier and all would have been well for the good of the world, if some individuals wished to exercise their right to live only at the expense of the community. For example, criminality, tax incivism, moral abuses, traffic delinquency. Such acts only take on the dramatic proportions we know of, these days. Only with the blessing of those of us who shelter, arm and encourage the supporters of dereliction of duty.

There are even self-proclaimed philanthropists, who stand up for these harmful acts, who accuse the community of arousing the marginalized, as if to exonerate these evil individuals from having to honour their duties to the community. Simply having to respect the community. To have a little dignity. For them, any claim confers the right to behead a person, be it a pupil, a teacher, a shopkeeper, an administrator, or simply a soldier. For those still there, any claim confers the right to violate the laws and regulations of the Republic. With impunity,… you would say to me.

The situation persists until the day when, inevitably, instigators and advocates of the absurd and the sordid come to be subjected to the boomerang effect of their hidden pretensions. Only then do opinions change. A little, a little late, unfortunately.

In all cases and whatever the responsibilities, every citizen has the duty to assume their rights. Each citizen must assume his or her duties, before demanding that others respect their rights.

Doesn't the freedom of some end where the freedom of others begins ??? And the wisdom to teach us that to be free is never to do what we want, otherwise we run up against the freedom of others, which would then be denied or violated.
